The electronic contact book helps families and schools have quick, convenient, safe and accurate communication channels, and enhance fairness and objectivity in managing students’ achievement and attendance.
In order to facilitate information exchange between families and schools in a quick and efficient way, the Hanoi Education and Training Department has implemented free electronic contact book from the academic year 2018-2019.
The electronic contact book is connected to the education database to send students’ information at schools to their parents at all levels, from elementary school, to junior high school and high school.
The electronic contact book helps families and schools have quick, convenient, safe and accurate communication channels, and enhance fairness and objectivity in managing students’ achievement and attendance. Parents can quickly communicate with their homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and administrators without going to the school.
The Hanoi Department of Education and Training and the schools in Hanoi have introduced and instructed functions of the electronic contact book to parents since September 5, 2018.
In order to use the electronic contact book, parents just access the website http://solienlacdientu.hanoi.gov.vn, enter the student’s ID number provided by the school and get the information needed. Another way is to install the PINO app on devices such as tablets and smartphones, the parents will receive announcements by schools.
After more than two weeks of implementation, the electronic contact book has been welcome by parents. The Hanoi Department of Education and Training continues to supplement and adjust the functions of the book, creating the most favorable conditions for parents in the process of using.
