Long Bien District trade fair underway in Hanoi

The Long Bien District Culture - Trade - Landscape Week 2023 runs until November 6.

Long Bien Park in Long Bien District is hosting a handicraft and landscape fair with over 200 booths showcasing consumer products, food, handicrafts, unique and high-value ornamental creatures.

This is part of the Long Bien District Culture - Trade - Landscape Week 2023 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Long Bien District (November 6, 2003 - November 6, 2023) and in response to the "Vietnamese People Buy Vietnamese Products" campaign.

In addition to products from the snake farming village of Le Mat (Long Bien District), there will also be booths featuring safe items, One Commune, One Product labeled products from Hanoi and provinces such as Son La, Lai Chau, Thai Nguyen, and Cao Bang.


The event will include activities such as the final round of the competition on understanding civilized and safe wet markets and food, the final round of the Long Bien District singing contest, a digital technology-oriented youth camp, a mass dance performance, and exchanges between dance clubs.

In May, the district also hosted the Long Bien District Culture - Trade - Craft Village Week 2023 to recreate locals with cultural, sports, entertainment and shopping activities.
