Hanoi police will receive information from citizens on security and order via Facebook from June 17, local media reported.
Accordingly, via the Facebook page "Cong an Thanh pho Ha Noi", the citizens could report to the police as well as send messages via Facebook Messenger application.
The Hanoi police's official fanpage at www.facebook.com/CongAnThuDo is expected to come into operation from June 17 and administered by officers of the Hanoi police's information center. The fanpage has a "Verified" check mark.

This project will help the city police quickly learn about security and order situation, improve the quality and effectiveness of receiving and resolving people’s complaints, promptly handle cases right from the grassroots level and as soon as possible.
